Nestled close to a relatively small station in Chiba, this old restaurant is a pleasant surprise that serves high quality French cuisine using selectively chosen organic ingredients. Each dish is carefully prepared to bring out the best taste of each ingredient with great presentation. As the restau...rant has proudly survived since 1980(!) you cannot expect any high end fancy interior, but the atmosphere is not snobby and very at home where you can enjoy your conversation in a quiet and cozy environment. This is now on my must-go list whenever I visit Japan.

When we visit Japan annually this is the one restaurant we visit first. They are better than most Tokyo Ginza high price restaurants. The chef is really trained in France and prepares the best traditional fares. The couple is the most friendly and nice people running a small French rastaurant.
