The seats near the door is excellent but The atmosphere deep inside the restaurant is terrible. I can smell rotten wood (typical old Izakaya smell). And I can’t say the seat is comfortable. There is only one small cloth separate the room from outside. The food is really just ok. I’d say 6 o...ut of 10 Sushi is not very fresh. The taste of salty fish is just ok. The Matsusaka beef with yam and rice is pretty good. That’s it though. Price is high and because of above, I don’t recommend this place.

ランチをいただいたのですが、非常においしかったです。また店の雰囲気も良く、落ち着きのある店内だし、入店しやすい雰囲気作りがされています。 I took a lunch yesterday. It was my first time to come here. This restaurant has a good atomonphere with chic. I know only luch menues. Each of them feels so delicious. I chose donburi(beef on the rice). It tastes good.

I found this restaurant on Tabelog and saw good reviews. As we have a group of 13 ppl with old and young, I thought I should call one week in advance to reserve a table. Called the main reservation line and an English speaking lady said reservation can be made immediately and set courses is normally... suggested. I asked if I could request not have any raw food and she suggested I call the restaurant to check if a la carte menu is available for dinner and can also directly book with the restaurant. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed when I called the restaurant.... I asked to speak to an English speaking person and the person said don't have, I then asked to book for next week then he hesitated and put me on hold...another person picked up the phone and just replied all full for next week without even asking which day I wanted to book...

Quick summary: Went to expensive restaurant in hotel's building in order to enjoy high end service and quality food, but was disappointed in the level of service and treatment due to being a foreigner. Full review: We decided to go to this restaurant as we were staying in the hotel located in the ...same building and was recommended by the concierge. We came in through the side entrance inside the lobby of the building but could not find anyone at the host desk. I had to waive down a waiter to see if we could get a table, but was told there was no availability for the rest of the night. This was confusing because there were multiple seats I could see available. I thought maybe there was a language barrier, so I went back to my hotel concierge to see if they could get us a reservation. The concierge called the restaurant and they were quickly able to find two seats available for us at the restaurant. We went back to the restaurant and were told to wait. We ended up waiting for 15 minutes before they finally sat us at the bar. We were then given a laminated menu with limited options with English labeling. It was as if we were given the kids menu. After we ordered our food I noticed the table by us had another menu with far more extensive options. I was frustrated this wasn't shared with us, as it appeared to have many other plates I would have been interested in comparison to the limited menu. Also, we had to ask for water three times before we finally got a glass each. Overall, the quality of service was poor and am fairly convinced it was due to being a foreigner. I do not expect there to be an English speaking menu in a restaurant and that I am specifically accommodated because I am a foreigner, but would expect to at least be treated equally as if they were serving someone from their country. Food Review: We ordered the tempura plate, chicken skewers, and beef. The food was overall very good, but the price doesn't merit the value. You can find the same quality in smaller restaurants for better price.

I had a lunch course menu with business guests. The menu included Tempura, Sashimi, Grilled salmon and a bowl of rice. All meals were tasty and the guests from U.S. were also satisfied with the course menu. The price was 2,000 JPY = 16.5 USD and the lunch course menu is recommendable for treating fo...reign guests. Please note that you cannot book tables in the lunch time in weekday since on the lunch time in the weekday, the restaurant is normally full of the guests even though they do not accept the reservation.
