“Terrible don’t waste your money when food is so good in Tokyo”
Ordered some appetisers and main courses and all were absolutely terrible. Rib eye steak too tough to chew had to leave completely, chicken which tasted awful, prawns both carribean and garlic terribly chewy and not good taste - like they were frozen and been in microwave. Nachos were edible but we ...were starving. Two glasses of red wine which got left on the table - life is too short to drink wine that bad.

“A few visits, but probably never again”
Before covid, we use to go to King of Pirates once every six months or so. This wasn't because the food or service was good, but more because my daughter enjoyed the pirate theme and the view of Tokyo Bay. In reality the food isn't that great. It's very overpriced and mediocre at best. I always ...order the ribs or salmon for myself. The salmon is okay, but the rid was always tough and tasted very bland. The worst experience we had was when I took my daughter there for a celebratory dinner to commemorate her elementary school graduation. Unfortunately, the staff had to choose THAT night to forget her order. We literally had to wait 90 minutes before my daughter's dinner to arrive because the forgot to prepare. Yes, we all make mistakes, but the waiter or any of the other staff didn't bother to apologize for screwing up our order and what was suppose to be a happy and memorable occasion into something worthy of forgetting. I wound up splitting my dinner with my daughter because it took so long for them to serve her meal and she was so hungry after the long wait. Lastly, despite all of that, my daughter occasionally asks me to take her there from time to time, but every time we go there and check their menu, half the items on the menu are marked "unavailable". Not sure how they stay in business or why people bother to go when they literally sell very little nowadays.

“Its a terrible experience”
We went there around 25 people, booking was for 60 people and paid 300,000 for food and drinks. We seek help for ordering drinks since menu was in japanese. But the manager was so rude. It looks like se doesn't want us to order more drinks. They like to make profit by serving less drinks. Very imp...olite. First time i have such a bad experience in japan life. Not recommend due to poor customer service. I would rate them with minus 5 star.

“Worst service in Japan”
The worst restaurant I haven been to Japan in terms of service! Highly not recommend this place. This restaurant should be shutdown!
