“Nice Chinese restaurant in Kichijoji off from busy streets”

Met with friends and had lunch here. Kichijoji is a busy town with young couples, families, and locals. The Heichinro was just a half block off from busy streets. The restaurant has many private rooms. We enjoyed quiet conversation throughout the lunch. The food we had was mainly Dim-shim, many of t...hem were fried and after a while, my stomach started feeling heavy. The service was a bit slow. The price is expensive side.
