Horrible. We stopped in one evening and ordered Highball... not one ounce of whiskey. And a much smaller glass than the locals had around us. If you are a tourist. Avoid at all costs!!!

Pretty good selection of beers. Your typical line up of big brand beers but also 8 or so craft beers. The price is right but the glasses are way too small ;) The food is ok - not very Irish but it will hit the spot.

We came here we’ll after midnight, post-karaoke and stayed drinking for a few hours with some friendly locals who wanted to practise their English. Range of Western drinks is good and you can smoke inside (not great for non-smokers admittedly, your clothes will stink), plus the staff speak decent En...glish as well as being very swift with service.

The only thing Irish about this pub is that it has Guinness on tap. It’s expensive Guinness though. As are the meals. Two Guinness and a burger plus shrimp and chips cost us over 3500 yen. The Japanese, whilst they may try hard, Do not do British or Irish pubs well. I was served my burger and chips ...on a plate and provided with a pair of chop sticks and a small plate upon which to transfer my food as I mixed it. In other words so I could eat it in a Japanese style. Neither was the food very tasty. Bland is the way both I and my wife described our respective meals. Look it is Tokyo and it is Japan so all my comments need to be taken in that context. But if you’re a westerner getting a bit tired of Japanese food Celts Irish pub is passable but only just.

Good selection of beer and bar food in a relaxing environment. In the back of the pub is the non smoking section. Some waiter speak basic English.
