“Delicious food and friendly staff!”
We read online that it would be best to make a reservation, so we called them up to do so. As soon as we walked up to the restaurant doors, the doors were opened for us and we were greeted. Their English menu wasn't as detailed or organized as their Japanese menu, but we just asked for the course th...ey recommended and went with that. The man who greeted us at the door checked on us constantly and took time to make sure we were comfortable with the cooking process and procedures. He was, however, much more comfortable speaking Japanese than he was speaking English. He took time to give us some interesting facts about the food we were eating. After dinner, he was even nice enough to recommend a park close by for cherry blossom viewing. We had a lovely, warm experience at Kaburatei, and the beef was high-quality and absolutely delicious.
