Cooked inside a one go cup, our kamameshi is made with domestic rice as well as hand-selected seafood and mountain produce. By avoiding dashi soup stock, in being cooked together with the rice the flavour of the ingredients condenses and binds with it grain by grain for overflowing fragrance, sweetness, and savoriness. For course meals one can select kamameshi in addition to choice dishes overflowing with seasonal flavour! (If reservations are made for 10 or more guests, we will gift you a souvenir of kamameshi!)
Apart from our seating aimed at smaller groups of people, we prepare tatami room seating to accommodate a maximum of 70 guests.
