We found at dinner time (7-8pm ish) we were really struggling to find anywhere to eat on a Saturday night in Tokyo so were forced to go to TGI which was over half empty. Hands down the worst food (but most expensive) we had in Tokyo. I ordered some sort of spicy chicken salad. It was inedible. ve...ry very hot with no flavour. I'd never been to TGI before but would put their food in the mass produced junk food category. But they are charging medium prices. The staff were uninterested which was rare in Tokyo as we generally found the service everywhere else excellent. My advice is to find somewhere else and don't make the mistake we made out of hunger. It was awful

It was a place which could accommodate big group like ours (13). The staff was courteous and understood our needs and were really helpful. The portion size is really big and they have few vegan options for vegetarian friendly. The drinks were nice but not too pocket friendly.

TGI as usual. I used TGI Friday’s outside of Japan. As I missed it, visited and had a lunch here in Shibuya, Japan. Dishes are the same as the ones I was using. Had a signature burger and tastes the same. The atmosphere is the same, the service is also. No problem. Probably a bit more expensive t...han the ones around. Slower actions from the Japanese standards. No problem

This restaurant is located in Shibuya. You can eat nice American food at this restaurant. My recomend is "BABY BACK RIBS" in this restaurant. Japanese food is good, but American food is good sometimes.

American restaurant in Tokyo is not the same as in USA. The portions are not that big and of course the taste of meat is different. But anyway everything was tasty. We had a birthday party on the second floor and the brought a dessert for free with song and claps. It was very nice
