Terrible service!!! Feel soooo bad for our daughter’s BD. Not recommend this restaurant at all bcoz the restaurant staff was the WORST WITHOUT a smile. Another staff had explained about menu and say hello to the visitor who entered it later earlier, and NOBODY comes to our place more than 10 minutes.... It was the feeling that was extreme in the unpleasantness that totally received discrimination. テーブル担当の態度が良くなくて、せっかくの誕生日でしたが、最悪な気分にさせられました。後から入店したお客様にはすぐにテーブル担当が挨拶、料理の説明をしていましたが、先に入店した私達は10分以上、放置でした。 誕生日サービスについても特に何も聞かれないし、駐車場の利用についても何も聞かれない。とにかくコミュニケーションがなく、笑顔なし、ぶっきらぼう。声が小さい。 この、テーブル毎のサービスの違いはなんなんでしょうか？まるで差別を受けている気分でした。あり得ません。

Friendly staff serve "Australian" style food. The steaks are pretty good (not excellent), there's a good selection of accompaniments (sides and sauces). The chips are disappointingly greasy and not crisp. The "onion flower" is excellent :)

We went to eat here when shopping at Mitsui Outlet. The food and service was great, as the staff provided information about the allergens in different dishes. Thus, it was possible to have a gluten free meal, including brownies for dessert.

Went here on my own one evening. The place is OK but nothing special, if that’s what you are used to at home then you might like it. If you are a visitor to Japan go local! It’s far better!

I had an excellent nicely done filet with all the trimmings and a couple of local Japanese draft beers. All served with a smile by staff who genuinely seemed friendly and certainly were efficient. They have this thing going on whereby every now and then one of them says "G'day mate" obviously in a s...trong Japanese accent and then the other staff all respond. Different but quite fun!
