“Excellent.”
Ok it's not that cheap if you are exchanging UK pounds for Yen, but it was definitely worth it! The staff were very attentive to our every whim and the food was superb. Our party of four chose one of the fixed tepanyaki menus and we proceed to have a six course feast of delicious seafood and tender... beef, vegetables and soup. Excellent. Highly recommend.

“Good value teppanyaki lunch set”
Firstly, I do not know why it is known as Yokomaha Serina in Tripadvisor. I though the correct name of this teppanyaki restaurant is call Yokohama Seryna Steak Dome. I also know this company has 2 restaurants, the other one is a shabu shabu restaurant. So I hope I am writing this review in the corre...ct place. Maybe the Tripadvisor Admin can look into it. We ordered the 2 set B and 2 set A for lunch. I feel Set B is more worth it as Set A is exactly the same as set B with just the addition of an appetiser, a soup and a very small glass of wine if I remember correctly. I also ordered scallops for my kids and they enjoyed it a lot. The wagyu looks delicious and tasted even better! The chef asked how we wanted our steak done and cooked it to perfection. Really skillful guy. My kids even finished off all their stirred fried bean sprouts! At first I was afraid that it might not be enough but I was wrong. We were all filled up and had to walk it off. A nice touch was after the meal, they would bring you to another area of the restaurant to serve you the coffee/tea or desserts if it was part of the set meal you ordered. Although the restaurant was packed, there was no rush or any pressure from the staff and you can take your time to enjoy your meal. Service was good. Looking through the ala carte menu, the prices were pretty steep for some of the dishes. The set lunch prices were reasonable. We ate there again before we left Yokohama and I am pretty sure we will be back again if given the chance.

“Thought it was excellent...”
Our friends wanted to take us here for a special dinner. I had regretted never trying the incredible beef JPN is known for when I lived in Japan for a summer years ago, so even being a "flexitarian", I knew I had to go for it this round. When in Rome, right? And I hadn't been disappointed in Brazil ...when I ate meat and steaks there, so... I found the beef literally melt-in-your-mouth. I'm so not used to marbling like that. The food from start to finish was delicious; I was fighting off a bit of a wobbly stomach during my first days in Japan. So unfortunately for me, I could really only do small doses of what was a delightful multi-course meal with a nice mix of items. I'm surprised there weren't more stars given to Yokohama Serina. The view was great, the service attentive, the tastes delectable, and the decor seemed fancy. I would feel strange coming here if I didn't speak the language, but our friends helped guide us through the meal and make suggestions for us. It was very kind of them to treat us and take such good care of us that evening One of the highlights of our entire trip.

“Great Sukiyaki restaurant. ”
We visited this restaurant on a Sunday afternoon. We had to wait a bit. As a group 7 we were given a private room and we were attended by 4 staff dressed in Kimonos. The sushi we had for starters was fresh and delicious. Then came the sukiyaki. It was delicious. The salad too was good. The clams w...ere well prepared and together with soup was so good I ate more than one portion. I can recommend this restaurant if you like typical JAPANESE food. It is reasonably priced.

“Pricey for what you get”
Went here for our anniversary dinner, we did teppanaki last year at a different place and spent less money for what was a nicer venue and far superior food. Price for 2 with a bottle of wine was Y48,684, you can get a lot of nice food and drink in Japan for that money...
