“Old and bad”
Food was bad and not effort was really made on the presentation / Alice vibe (appart from a cookie in the shape of a key in appetizer). When we booked we mentioned we needed one gluten free meal, they didn't take it into account and when we told them they said they didn't have any gluten free option.... The waitress is nice but doesn't do a good service (ex: no water brought untill end of dîner when we asked, deserts served while a plate of chicken still on the table, wet towels rayed in a corner of the table during all service). The restaurant was nearly empty, the decoration seems old. In short, nothing was positive... Very disappointed.

“Keep expectations low”
The experience was mediocre - small space with just one server in a character costume. Food and drinks were colorful but average tasting.

“Disappointed”
The rate experience I would give is 0. The restaurant don’t offer anything special. The food it was very expensive for the portion size. We order Meat and fondue set for two and the the portion was very small, and the charged double. It’s really a place for tourists, cause you come one time and neve...r want to come back again.

“Waste of money and time”
I am still surprised where so many good ratings come from.... well, some people seem to like the place and concept and atmosphere, many Japanese people. But I had the worst fish and chips in my whole life, the noodles with a not-so-great veg sauce my wife still complains about. Two points cuz we h...ave discovered sake on soda there and cuz the staff is really friendly.

“Cheshire cat Cocktail”
The interior was fun and the music was matching it is a great place to go with the whole family. The food was nice but nothing super amazing. The cocktails were really fun though!
