GLASS DANCE Shinjuku

My friends and I went to this restaurant to celebrate my friend's birthday. We ordered wine, fish and chips, paella and more. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was comfortable. At the end, we sang Happy Birthday to my friend and enjoyed a birthday cake. We had a lot of fun!

They had very good service. Had a very beautiful atmosphere and the food and presentation was great. Loved the salad as well !

Just wanted a quick beer before meeting friends on a Monday night. It was open and completely empty, but they told me I need a reservation. I guess I just wasn’t dressed the relatively rich that I am.

This could be a nice place to have dinner or lunch. I went in the afternoon, just for a beer. Nice bar, cozy place. But then I got hit with a 500 yen table charge for my wife and 500 yen for me. And we did not even have a table, we were sitting at the counter, in a near empty place. As a Belgian I ...know the beers, choose one priced at 1600 yen. No worries with that. But one beer cost me 2600 yen because of the table charge or 24 USD today. A table charge is pure robbery. A minimum spending amount, I can understand, but I have had it with paying for nothing. Oh Sure, you always get something left over from the day before to account for the table charge. Not that you have a choose. Except to stay away, which is exactly what I will do. A pity. Nice play, but there are some principles that are more important than a good beer.

I stopped here mid afternoon on a Sunday. I was drawn to the menu of Belgian beers and happy hour prices. The draft selection is quite limited but they do have a nice selection of bottles. Probably not as well curated as other places but still nice and very convenient if you are in the area.... service was a bit indifferent but i was not rushed so i can't complain. I had a snack so i can't comment on the food. overall, nice choice for a beer
