“Extremely Rude Service”
Our server for the night was extremely rude and completely ruined the dinner. He was mumbling when introducing the menu. Refused to wait for a few seconds longer when a friend was deciding on the choice of meat and walked off to another table irritation. (even though more than half the restaurant wa...s empty at the time). Only one meal came as we apparently did not order the others (even though he repeated the order back to us). Told us we had to wait another 50 mins for the "new" orders and did not offer any apology at all. Instead, he just walked off without another word when we said to cancel the order. It was pretty obvious by then that he did not give us our food on purpose. We had to go to another place for dinner in the end. The other staff in the restaurant were completely clueless as if it were their first time working there. Summary: Don't bother. You will find an abundance of other good food in Ginza with excellent service for the same price. This place does not deserve your time.

“a stereotype waiter needs to be trained”
The food they served was more or less "acceptable". One of the waiters served us seemed to be a stereotype and an arrogant person who orders what to do to their customers rather than waiting them.
