Our boar meat is prepared with miso as "sukiyaki" and served. We also serve venison (deer meat) sashimi.
Our boar meat is characteristic for it's deep red meat with white fat, referred to as " 'peony' nabe
(boar meat hot pot)" for these colors.
The rib meat with rich fat meat is especially delicious - the more the meat is boiled, the more flavorful the meat becomes.
