“Very upscale Italian - amazing views”
Located on L35, the views speak for themselves (pretty amazing). The food is surprisingly hearty (try the raw ham and ceviche starters and the port for main - absolutely delicious). All reasonably priced - and a great bottle of Pinot Nero. You'll need to book (we didn't but we were very lucky). Will... most certainly return.

“Great View From The Marunouchi Building and Good Enough Food”
I went to Tokyo on business in May 2016. I had a business lunch here. The Ristorante Hiro Centro is on a high floor of the Marunouchi Building. The tables near the window have a great view of Tokyo. There is a set menu for 2400 yen which is about $25 to $27. This is a very good price for very e...xpensive Tokyo. The set menu included salad, pasta, dessert and coffee. The portions were small but that is OK because the food was good enough. I am surprised to read all the negative reviews as I had a good experience here.

“Excellent”
A wonderful experience for the senses, the first thing to note are the wonderful views of Tokyo from the windows of the restaurant, at the foot of skyscraper in which the restaurant is located Tokyo station. Once we sat down we were escorted to the table the ingredients that it was going to prepare ...the menu with a detailed explanation , fish, asparagus, meat and foie and strawberries, we gradually discover the nuances and flavors of each dish, veal with foie gras and mushrooms sublime, they brought to the table strawberries and ice liquid to prepare a delicious sorbet, magnificent service, quality of food and culinary creativity fantastic, varied wine list with great options, wonderful experience.
