“All Japanese menu no English or French spoken”
Kita Senju hosts a lot of tourists.I droppen in because it looked busy, lots of young smiling faces and with a good atmosphere ,maybe bit too loud music. I was by myself so was told to wait outside till the waiter me a found a seat. Eventually I was offered a tight fit at the bar. i asked for a Fr...ench or English menu. Sorry no. I was given a Japanese menu. I said that I could not read or speak Japanese. The waiter did not speak English. With a look of disappointment on my face I did an imitation of what I thought was a French shrug and left to seek another place where perhaps a waiter speaks just a little English so that I can navigate the menu. Pity because the place looks good and food on other people's plates looked mouth watering. But then I was very hungry. I guess that next time I will go with someone who speaks Japanese. It looks like its worth a second try.

Great food.. staff very attentive, music sucks... I like heavy metal acid rock in the gym.... but in a French bistro its a bit... a lot weird
