Nichigekka Ginza

We enjoyed an excellent multi-course dinner in a glass walled private room at a slight elevation. Several dishes presenting a variety of tastes presented well. Great selection of sake, including excellent Kyushu choices. I understand English language staff is available but ours spoke Japanese only... (as we had our own interpreters in our group).

they are making their own beer and by the way it is very good. the meal is a tasting menu and each dish is small but unique and special the place is gorgeous and the service is superb

Very nice interior décor. They have English menu and service is pretty good too. We ordered set dinner and the portion is a little too much for ladies but maybe just right for men. Love the donabe gohan, topped with whitebait, ooishi!

A friend booked a table for lunch on a week day. There is a good choice of food and menus. A table is on the window and there is enough space. The food is good and, with the menu we chose, we could have as much as mixed rice. So, for a menu of 3000 yen, there was enough to eat. This restaurant is a ...little away from the main street, and that is probably why you can have a good meal for a reasonable cost!!

This was our second visit to this outstanding restaurant. The service if first class, but this is something you take for granted in Japan. The food was excellent and the prices very reasonable. For lunch they have 4 or 5 set menus that you can choose from ranging in price from Yen1800 to 2800., ... Very reasonable. Dinner is a more elaborate affair, yet menu prices are very affordable and offer great value. We selected the Kai-Seki plan and the full dinner was around 12 courses. Waiting staff speak English and are very attentive and quick to attend to your needs. Highly recommended for a dinner for two or with a group.
