“Shambolic”
I concur with the previous reviewer. This restaurant does not like non-Japanese customers. Got turned away despite there being space in the restaurant (the only time this happened during my entire visit). Quite ironically there was a sign in English outside this restaurant explaining its ethical foo...d standards.

“Do not recommend”
Not welcoming of western travelers, do not bother. Basically blocked from restaurant after waiting in line and told they had no seats for us, nor English menu (we requested Japanese menu), and told to leave. Rude.
