Ajiraku

I visited this restaurant to have a quick lunch before going back to my office. I could choose from a variety of lunch set plate menus. But, I selected a deep fried sardine fillet plate because I heard it was a signature dish here. It was so perfect. The sardine fillet was purely fresh and so sweet.... Blue-skin fish meat such as sardine fillet is the symbol of the Japanese healthy foodstuff. I would like to let a foreign visitor have a taste of it.
