We use fresh fish and shellfish sent by air from Shakotan Peninsula, Hokkaido.
Vegetables – our vegetables are also delivered directly from farmhouses we have contracts with.
Beef – Mikkabi beef, said to be better than Omi beef, is delivered directly to us.
