“Sumo Wrestlers' Famous "Chanko" Owned by Former Grand Champion”

This may be an acquired taste so for vegeterian's, this "bland" tasting nabe might be a great treat. It was the first time to have "Chanko" made famous by Sumo wrestlers but for me, the fresh vegetables, seasonal sansai(wild plants) and minced fish and meat balls were bit bland. Am glad I had a ta...ste of it but it would not be considered my kind of dish. To have this dish after watching a sumo tournament though was a memorable experience.
