Our Wagyu beef purchased by the head - such as Yamagata Beef, Satsuma Beef, Miyazaki Beef, etc. - all passed strict inspections and traceability requirements.
Yakiniku Oku is especially fastidious about serving delicious flavors for other than meat also, such as organic vegetables from the Miyoshi Village Producer's Association, and only top grade Koshihikari Rice from Inokuchi Village, Toyama prefecture.
