“Wagyu your tail”

Bustling Japan style meat chain restaurant. They did bring an English (sort of) menu. But there are so many choices, you can monkeywrench the efficient machinery of the place. This is a well-worthwhile cultural experience (watch the amazing staff work together!) Best to visit with an experienced nat...ive speaker. We walked in and thus had to eat at a counter. Next time we'll call ahead and reserve a much more comfortable booth. Looking forward to our next trip to this fascinating place.
