Best meat ever eaten. Wagyu and Kobe tender presented in a nice way Location is simply astonishing, rooftop overlooking Ginza. The place has also a nice wine-cocktail selection and it is classy and elegant. Just keep in consideration that the price is pretty high!

We came for cocktails one evening and it was lovely. Cocktail menu is great- some interesting local twists on classic cocktails. Nice view from the window seats. (We were there around 6pm-8pm and it was not crowded.) Bar snacks provided are very good. And service was excellent!

This restaurant sits on the top forecasting a beautiful view at night. The service is worth every penny. The ambiance, the decor and the service was amazing. Our waiter name was Sai, he was so polite. The food was delicious and the drinks were spot on. My friends and I really enjoyed ourselves here.

Planned a final "blowout" dinner at Peter with my teen daughter for our last night in Tokyo on Dec 30 expecting a 5-star experience given the restaurant's location in the Peninsula. We were really excited to dine at a fancy restaurant after a steady diet of noodles. Unfortunately, the food at Peter ...was just "okay." AND the service was really terrible. Had far higher expectations for a restaurant at the Peninsula. The appetizers, Boutique Tomato and Caesar salad, were fine. However, we were never checked on once the food arrived. Never offered another glass of wine, nor were our water glasses ever refilled. (despite the server wiping down the tables near us.. but never glancing our way to see if we needed anything). The garlic fries were overpowering, losing the desire to eat them or anything else with the too strong garlic taste (and not made with fresh garlic either). The Wagyu steak was lackluster and the béarnaise espuma appeared to have been sitting out a very long time given the thick "skin" developed on top. We decided to bypass dessert because all we could taste was garlic. Our dirty entrée dishes were never cleared, not even when we asked for, received and paid the check. Overall, just a big disappointment from start to finish. 1 glass of wine, 2 appetizers and 2 entrees/sides.. spent over $350USD for BLAH! Don't waste your money.
