“A popular place to enjoy Napolitan cuisine”
Came here to celebrate my gf's birthday. The place was a bit understaffed but the food was great. It's not like any typical Napolitan restaurant in the Tokyo area and something worth checking out, despite the wait. If you go there for lunch during the weekends, you will need to queue up for about 30... min to about an hour. They also offer a wide variety of sweets and pizza on the go. There's seating on the second floor with a balcony. The restaurant has a nice atmosphere but the only downside is that it doesn't have Wifi. But many establishments in Japan still don't have Wifi on them so you're going to have to deal with it.

“Awesome pizza and cakes”
Can't fault the pizza at all. It tasted beautiful. The selection of cakes was fantastic too. All set in a lovely warming location. Definitely recommend.

“Excellent Italian food and friendly atmosphere”
Our visit was on a Saturday evening and for various reasons we did not have chance to book in advance at this popular restaurant which is a member of the Associazione Verace Pizza Napoletana (AVPN). Although the restaurant was busy, a table was found for our family group of six after a short wait. W...e had dough balls, salads and various pasta dishes which were excellent. From previous visits we know that the pizzas (cooked in a wood-fired oven) and deserts are also first class. The friendly atmosphere is ideal for casual dining and family groups.

“Very disappointed by the food & hygiene ”
We just finished dinner at the pizzeria Mar de Napoli in Setagaya, but it was very disappointing. First, hygiene : the table was quite dirty (I made the mistake of trying to wipe it with a wet towel), and the wall had traces of previous visits with stains here and there. Second, the food itself : ...we chose the appetizers combination plate (8 types), but more than half had certainly been cooked a day ago or two, and were tasting "old"... like when you've left something in your fridge for a few days. The pizza itself was hardly better. Nothing bad, but nothing good either : it was simply tasteless, and the dough was as robust of a mix of rubber and carton... To finish on a positive note : the deserts were good ! But we almost got the conviction that they are prepared outside and brought in. Conclusion: to be avoided, sorry !

“An casual pizzeria in the middle of residential area”
I only went by car but I assume it will take 10-15min walk from Yoga station. The Italian food, especially pizza was delicious. I did not try but the selections of the cakes were also attractive. Making reservation may be better.
