“We Couldn't get Enough ”
We order the Banana Split. The three of us were should have order one each instead of sharing as it was so good.

“Not bad, just nothing special”
St-Marc Cafe in Ebisu is one of a chain of these shops started in the 80's. This one near the Station is popular and comparatively large. The coffee is nothing to write home about but surely OK when you need a caffeine shot. In these cafes there are sectionalised smoking areas. The problem is this p...olicy is that smoke often wafts over the door. Certainly the odour is palpable.

“Right across from a great Mandarake”
Great place to sit after the Mandarake right across the street takes all your money. Yuzu tea is interesting and refreshing, parfait was plenty for two at a good price. Think Starbucks, but a little cheaper and more Japanese.

“Busy But Nice Chain Cafe”
St. Marc Cafe is very near Ebisu Station. The cafe has "Chococro, bread, sweets & coffee." The line was out the door when we went around 1:30 on a Friday and the same when we left. The three of us were lucky to find seats on the first floor, which is non-smoking. The seats are deep and comfortable,... so people seem to tend to linger like we did. I had a large iced matcha latte which was actually pretty large. The second floor has a smoking section that looks completely separated by glass from the non-smoking section there. If you are not in a rush and can find a seat, it is a decent place to have a relaxing break.
