“Luxury Buffet with Exceptional Service — Thank You, Ryu”
We arrived late from Hokkaido on a rainy night, hoping to celebrate our son’s 1st birthday. At first, we were told there were no seats, but thankfully, we were eventually accommodated. I want to commend Ryu from the staff for going the extra mile. Despite it being last minute and with limited resou...rces, he made something special for our son to blow his birthday candle. We really didn’t know how we could celebrate if not for Ryu’s top-notch service and dedication. Truly grateful!

“Never again dinner buffet”
It's a 5-star hotel. I tried the breakfast buffet and it was good, so I thought the dinner wouldn't be too bad. I didn't know that I was really disappointed. There were few food choices, and some of them were not expensive ingredients. I thought There will be seafood, but there is only one type of s...ea food bowl. At this price, there are many choices in Tokyo that are better than this for sure!

“Great buffet”
Good selection, wonderfully friendly staff. I read lots of reviews about having to wait in line but we went at different times 4 mornings of our stay and always were seated immediately

“Considering a less busy and identical breakfast restaurant is just down the hall...”
We went here the first morning and while the food was tasty we needed to get in a line for nearly everything. The longest lines were for the coffee machines; you'd think they would have many more for the number of people dining at the same time. Just down the all is Jurin, which in the morning has... a nearly identical buffet with much less crowds. Go there instead.

“A Big Disappointment”
Although this buffet looks inviting and there is a large selection of different dishes, all very attractively displayed, most of the food is tasteless. We wouldn't go back.
