“Definitely worth trying”
We were staying local to this restaurant and just called in because it looked busy. We were lucky that a Japanese couple was on the next table who explained what it was about. Basically you cook your own meat/fish/vegetables on a hot plate. Accompanied by rice noodles etc of your choice. We ordered ...several meat dishes and all were top quality. Staff were very friendly and everything was reasonably priced by Tokyo standards. The owner is an ex Sumo champion and there are a lot of pictures and posters around. We were lucky that he was there on one of our visits along with some of the competitors at the Sumo Championship that week. We did return on another occasion whilst we were in Tokyo and was not disappointed again.

“One of the best (affordable) places in Tokyo”
This was the BEST restaurant we tried! We went here on our last night in Tokyo with friends. The beef was delicious. They have several dishes with organ meat, but we ordered the “red meat” dish! (And ordered it again!) They have an English menu and the staff is super nice! We were 4, had two meat pl...ates, a rice dish and some side dishes, the price was 12.500¥.
