“Specially foods”
Foods are quite good specialising in horse meat. I had rice over half horse meat half seafood. Meats were tender and fresh and the combination of horse and fish was quite enjoyable. We came here for lunch. It seemed only one waiter was handling cashier and serving foods. He was not particularly fri...endly or talkative. That was the only downside we encountered.

“Specialising in horse meat”
It specialises in horse meat, but we went for regular fish sashimi, which was very good and beautifully presented. Very pleasant private tables and it's possible to smoke inside. First impression wasn't so good as the first waiter was rather rude, but the ladies who served us later were friendly and... spoke English. Wide choice of drinks.

“A little higher hurdle for non-Japanese inbounds”
They serve a wider range of foods; but their focus includes horse meats. You may like it or not; but we have quite a few qualified restaurants in Japan to enjoy raw or close to raw horse meat. If you are not intuitively unable to eat, because if the uniqueness, this restaurant is one of those who of...fer such horse meats. No worries if you eat them with green onions or ginger paste so that you can taste it as they are without prejudice.
