Kind of a Broadway play type of restaurant. Recipes and staff are old hands and the show is quite good. Difficult to gauge service in Japan as all places are some degree of perfect. This one is mid level perfect. Pastas are tested and tasty. Pay a little extra for all the foccacia you care to eat. A... little too uncrisp, but good for sopping up the succulent sauces. Interesting Japanese take on pasta. Well worth a visit.
