Kamakura PastaMachidatokyutsuinzu

This is one of the finer fresh pasta restaurant that they have around that area. Most of us are usually used to the dry pasta so this pasta might feel a little weird how they are more like "mochi" feeling when eaten. Definitely had a different feel than al dente style either. These pasta goes real...ly well with the Japanese ingredients that you usually never are in the States. I love how its soft and tender but have a character in when chewed. They also have pizzas as well but might want to steer away if you are hungry. The while pie is about the size of a slice in the US. Overall, service is usually gopd in Japan so I don't see anything extravagant for this restaurant in terms of waitresses but very well trained for sure.
