“This is a buffet--part of the breakfast package of the hotel”
The buffet provides a decent (not a great culinary experience) start to your day. It is a very crowded place with a long line to get your coffee from a weird machine that takes 40 seconds to dispense one cup! If you like multiple cups (and who doesn't?), you will have to repeat this process FOR EV...ERY CUP. The food choices are both American and Japanese. The scrambled eggs (they will make fresh eggs or an omelet for you--and I highly recommend that option), frankfurters and fried potatoes are very cold! Sadly, the potatoes are the only crispy item available, bu even cold, they are excellent. The Japanese options are many and varied, the locals seem to really like their choices. As I said, this is a breakfast to get you going--nothing special, but nothing terrible. There is a second breakfast choice--a Japanese meal on the 4th floor, but we never tried it.

“Huge Buffet selection but too crowded”
Visited the Rilassa Restaurant on Saturday noon with family. We had a reservation for 6 persons at 1:30 p.m. Arrived a couple of minutes earlier and had to wait in a long line until access was permitted. Told by the staff that the time for lunch is limited to 90 minutes and that we had to leave aga...in at 3 p.m. Food offered was delicious and included a variety of Japanese, Chinese and Western choices but standing in line for all dishes took away a good part of the 90 minutes that were reserved for lunch. Service is little or almost no existent. The price is rather high and there are better choices for this money in and around the Koraku area of Bunkyo Ku (ward).

“Ok breakfast place”
The Rilassa os inside the Tokyo Dome Hotel. Very spacious with a good breakfast buffet selection. Try to include the BF in your room rate as this might be cheaper. The food is not great, but ok. Little to no service, so you are on your own and self service. The coffe maker is ofd, takes long but nre...ws good Joe.

“Buffet at reasonable price”
Located at 3F of Tokyo Dome Hotel, Rilassa provides nice buffet in terms of ambient and variety of foods. They open 6:30-10:00 pm and buffet is regulated for 2 hours. Select appropriate foods so that you can enjoy many delicious dishes in time.
