“Excellent”
Excellent staff and food! You get several courses before the main course, and each course is explained in detail. They made great accommodations for my food allergy, which I notified them of in advance. I would highly recommend

“just what we needed”
just what we needed after a lot of over the top dining. quality food, intelligent and reasonably priced pairings, relaxed environment. service was very sincere but might benefit from additional staff, but really thats nitpicking. we had a lovely time and will return our next trip back.

“Superb interpretation of French Food”
Tucked away in a tiny building in Asakusa, his lovely restaurant hits all the right notes. The dining space is small with the chefs wife overseeing the service. There are 3 lunch options 7, 10 and 13 thousand yen which is very good for a Michelin 2 star They have an extensive wine list, but we opted... for the easier option of wine pairing The Chef is creative and an artist. Each bite an explosion of taste and visually appealing. Being located in Asakusa, it can be combined by plenty of sight seeing that the place has to offer.

“Unique and charming restaurant”
Hommage was the best restaurant I ate at in Tokyo. The husband and wife team who run Hommage have created a wonderful and romantic restaurant. In an intimate room, they provide incredibly delicious and inventive meals. The restaurant is inspired by French cuisine; the chef uses French techniques, o...ften with Japanese ingredients. But to be clear, chef Noboru Arai is not just rehashing classic French cooking; the dishes were highly creative, visually striking, with unexpected yet delightful flavor combinations. The restaurant has great charm: it is in a quiet residential neighborhood far from the bustle of the more touristy parts of Tokyo. The chef personally greets each guest, and often serves the sauces himself at the table. His wife leads the waiting staff. I found their hospitality quite heartwarming. The relatively small number of TripAdvisor reviews for Hommage suggest the restaurant is not widely known. It deserves much more acclaim.
