“Exquisite fine dining Yakiniku”
Yakiniku is a common cuisine throughout Japan and Korea. But fine dining Yakiniku is rare. This restaurant specialised in Yakiniku fine dining. Ushigoro is a chain but this one is the fine dining one. You need to pop a minimum US120 per person for the set and more if you order beer or wine. You will... need to because the meat begs you to drink with beer or wine. You are first ushered into a private room. Then you are served beef soup followed by 3 morsels of beef sashimi. The taste is exquisite. Next hand roll seaweed beef sushi and caviar. Each bite bursts with umami flavour. Next you are served six kinds of vegetables. The taste was delectable. Next the waiter comes in and grill the meat. The tongue and skirt steak is a harbinger of things to come. Next comes a variety of cuts of beef, some grilled and some some sukiyaki style. It was incredible! Wrapping up is some sweet dessert. It’s a dining experience you need to sample.
