We serve carefully-selected Japanese and western ingredients cooked on teppanyaki. Enjoy the genre-transcending Japanism cuisine.
We use stringently selected Kuroge wagyu such as Kobe beef and Choshu wagyu, and we carefully purchase local seafood from the Genkai Sea and the sea around Kyushu via "Kawahara," an old-established supplier in Tanga Market, the kitchen of North Kyushu.
The interior is elegantly decorated with pieces by the maestro of Art Nouveau architecture, Guimard, Galle, Tiffany, and fresco paintings by Italian and Japanese artists. The private dining rooms, each equipped with a teppanyaki counter, have a Japanese modernist ambiance and are exquisitely decorated with Shirakawa-ishi (andesite) and traditional Aka (Red) and Kuro (black) Shunkei.
