I lived minutes from the restaurant for about 18 months where i used to eat there once a week at least, that was back in 1994-1995. I went back again in 2015, apart of the new interior, it was like yesterday, the cabbage beef and the ramen, unexplainable same legendary taste.. I am going back soon o...nce I land in Tokyo!

We have lived 2 minutes from this place for the past 10 years, have been there countless times, and love the food. The decor is very basic, but it's very clean, and the service is friendly and efficient. Their claim to fame is a very tasty stir fry that comes to the table sizzling in a cast iron pan... (tepan). You can customise your meal with large or small rice and/or noodle side dishes. The range of Chinesey menu items is quite standard, but again, tastier than most. You can order a no-meat version of the stir fry, and their stir-fried rice (chahan) and pot-stickers (gyoza) are excellent. It's right at the south-east exit of Higashi Nakano station. Highly recommended for a casual, tasty meal.
