“So bad ...”

It is not because you are a french chief and because you are in Japan you can do every thing. I had a crepe, with shrimp and sardine. Nothing more simple to do, and it was so bad. Crepe was all dry, probably staying a long time under heater. Nothing looks fresh, which is not acceptable, specially in... japan where all restaurants are good.
