“Spot on Sushi - Yamato Style”
Small traditional Sushi Restaurant close to Narita City Office and Narita and Keisei-Narita Stations and Associated Business Hotels. Made to feel perfectly at home and appreciated despite my lack of Japanese language skills. Filled with locals on Friday Night with all variety of Sushi and Sashimi ...created for the occasion. Entertaining preparation adds to the experience. I can't wait to be back.

“Great they open till 11 PM”
Located within the Comfort Hotel and next to Richmond Hotel; across the street from APA Hotel. After arriving at hotel at close to 9PM it was great to fine a restaurant open near hotel. Pros: 1. Close to Richmond Hotel and Train Station 2. Limited English Menu 3. For someone not use to Japanese... ordering - they have a set menu that lets U try a few things they offer 4. Accepts credit card 5. Pleasant staff although not fluent in English 6. Enjoyed the chef talking to the local diners and making recommendations 7. Believe that the next time in Narita and if I have a chance to eat at this establishment I would know what to order as I watched the local diners order and eat Cons: 1. Hard to strike up a conversation since filled with local Japanese. 2. Strong tobacco smell 3. Hard to order what was in the showcase when not on the English menu 4. A little pricey compared to Sapporo sushi

“So pleased to have found this!”
As tired travellers, we just wanted something quick and simple, so asked the hotel if they could suggest somewhere close where we could get a beer and sushi. This was the closest suggestion and we loved it. Wonderful service, great sushi and Japanese beer is GOOD. Only wish we had time to go back t...he next day. One thing: we forgot that smoking is still allowed in Japanese restaurants. If that bothers you (as it does us) sit at the bar here (non-smoking) not at the tables to the right of the entry (smoking).
