“Straight up bussin”
If you're in the Akihabara area and craving for a delicious tonkatsu then this is the place. First of all it has good value, its cheap and a lot of food is served with each portion. It has a very crispy panko breading that shattered delightfully with each bite. The meat was incredibly tender and jui...cy. I tried both the chiki-katsu and tonkatsu and I actually prefer the chicken one just a preference. Very quick and friendly staff. Just go to the machine put in about 1000 yen and take the (small portion) Because the portion size is just more rice so just get the small one and add another fillet or the other- choice's like the shrimp or karaage not only do you save some money but you also get some more protein if that's what you want :P. The place had bunch of customers but everyone seems to eat quick and leave(mostly business men) So if you want to wait don't expect to wait long. 10/10

“Just look for the sign with the gorilla. . .”
Off the plane, check-in to hotel and straight out the door to Go! Go! Curry. Tonkatsu (deep-fried pork cutlet) curry in Japan is a 'thing' that must be tried. Lots to choose from, but IMHO, Go! Go! Curry is one of the best. They have some amazing options so be careful--some of them are sumo-sized. F...ast & efficient service. Turn around is quick, so you order from the ticket machine, eat and get out--there always seems to be people waiting for a seat! Just look for the sign with the gorilla. . .

A big Monkey in the center of akihabara... what else would you like? However don't take the largest menù, they have very large portion (for an european public)

“Katsu curry at its best”
Having only ever tasted Wagamama’s katsu curry my mind was blown when I ate this stuff. Comes in 5 different sizes and ordered via a vending machine. A medium size is okay for lunch but go large if you have a big appetite. As a standard the curry comes with rice and a bit of a salad but there are lo...ts of extras you can add on. It is a chain restaurant but it is very very good.

“Heck yeah!!”
Love this place. Tried several in the Tokyo area and this was my favorite. Hard to beat the savory curry style of Go Go and a cold day!!!
