“Chill atmosphere”

It was a nice bar, located near the Meguro river. Meguro river is famous for its cherry blossoms. The drinks in the stylish atmosphere were delicious, and people could BBQ on the terrace. The people at the bar are friendly, and the bar owner can speak English, making it a comfortable spot for both J...apanese and non Japanese visitors.
