Shunso

Another strange Michelin ranking. It has a one star, but cannot understand why. The staff are fantastic and friendly. The service amazing and the price very reasonable. The food was also very good, but not at a normal Michelin standard (having written this, I think I have disagreed more times with M...ichelin, so no longer believe there is a standard Michelin quality). It’s a great neighborhood Japanese restaurant and worth a visit if you live close by, but not worth a special out of your way visit.

This neighborhood restaurant was recently awarded a Michelin star. The cook is able to make even nattou taste good. The best dish of the evening was perhaps the first, a creative and tasty mix of seafood, tofu, veggies and bouillon disguised in different forms/colors. Definitely recommended. And it'...s really affordable, too.
