“Scam restaurant - foreigners be aware”
*foreigners be aware* *外国人必读* This place has two different menus - one is in Japanese and one is in English. The prices on the English menu are more than 20% higher than the Japanese menu!!!! See drink menu compare. We were only given the English menu upon seated and only found out about the Japan...ese menu by dumb luck (it’s sitting on the empty table next to us). The waiter got super nervous when they saw we found the Japanese menu and tried to take the Japanese menu from us… Shame on you for price discrimination against foreigners! What a dishonest restaurant.

“Great service and ambience”
This Japanese Izakaya styled restaurant is located on the 8th floor, so it offers a nice view of Ginza. The ambient is very casual and relaxing. When we arrived, the place was packed with locals, so it is always a sign of delicious food being served. Do call in advance for reservations, otherwis...e you will end up dining at the counter, like us. The owner/manager was very helpful and we could communicate in English easily. They had an English menu, so it made ordering easier. We ordered the house salad, grilled chicken yakitori, hamachi and sake sashimi and their house special nabeyaki. The ingredients used were very fresh and we enjoyed all the food. The house special nabeyaki had an excellent clear and aromatic broth, which was very tasty. A great dish for soup lovers. The price of the food was a little bit high, in consideration of the relatively small portion of food.
