The WORST experience we had in our entire 1 month trip to Japan! We ordered seafood because there was SALMON and SHRIMP in the menu. They were sold out and did not tell us. My son only eats salmon and shrimp and could not eat. They did not like when I told them it was not correct to sell something t...hey did not have and don’t tell us before we ordered. They made an “exception” and said my son could have only 1 plate of meat in an all you can eat buffet. The restaurant is all dirty and full of mold. The only thing is that it is “fun” to make your own plate at the table but the taste was not great. DO NOT GO THERE!!!

Great atmosphere! Tasty food and easy to cook instructions. Only drawback was that the cab driver found it hard to locate.

We went to an Okonomiyaki restaurant for the first time and chose this one based on its reviews, but we left quite disappointed. You cook the dishes yourself on a grill at your table, but we didn’t know how to do it. They explain it on a sheet they give you, but it’s unclear, and the staff didn’t he...lp us. Every time we asked for assistance, they ignored us. We had to look for them, and they wouldn’t even look us in the eye. They weren’t attentive, and the service was unpleasant. We noticed other tables also seemed dissatisfied. We can’t recommend it.
