This restaurant aims to serve Nouvelle Chinois (a modern take on Chinese cuisine); all of which are inspired by world cuisine but yet have a strong foundation in traditional Shanghai Chinese cuisine.
■Carefully-selected ingredients: Shark fin harvested from Kesennuma and Choshi. Also serving fresh seafood caught along with the coast of Japan, and carefully-selected Japanese ingredients such as Kuroge Wagyu beef and freshly-picked organic vegetables from "Ome Farm" in Ome. We also use special ingredients for vegetarian menu selections as well as NO MSG seasonings.
