“The Real Thing”
Wow! Funabori is west of the city-17 stops on the Metro from Shingiji, but well worth a visit. Kirin City offers superb food, wine & beer in an authentic atmosphere. We returned for lunch a few days later & were not disappointed. Situated conveniently right by the station, you will thoroughly enjoy ...their every offering.

“Amazing Meat!”
I absolutely adored this restaurant. We lived at a hotel close by and went to eat at this resturant several times in our 12 days vacation! We Ordered many different things and were amazed at with them all! For some weird reason I loved their Soya Sauce so much I even asked the waiter to go get it so... I could take a picture of it.

“Loved the chicken!”
We lived in a hotel close by, and we were lucky enough to have this within short walking range. We ordered several different courses here, and I loved the karaage (fried chicken). It was lovely! and the beer they had was really good aswell, I tried different asahi types every time! Loved it!
