“I love Torikizoku!”
I ate here with a colleague and a former colleague -- it's a great place to meet friends or coworkers, knock back a few drinks, and enjoy some tasty yakitori. I love their karaage (Japanese-style fried chicken), the all-you-can-eat cabbage (if you order it), the edamame, and the white meat yakitori... sticks, especially the saucy and spicy ones. Everything you order at Torikizoku costs 280 yen each, so if you're mindful of that, you can usually have a couple of drinks and eat a bunch of stuff and get out in the 2000-3000 yen range, so while it's not the cheapest, it's not the end of the world, either. I usually have two or three drinks, some chicken, and the cabbage and edamame, which are shared with the rest of the table. It's plenty of food, and usually works out close to 2000 yen/person. We showed up right when they opened at 6pm, and so we got right in, but if you show up too much later, it's so full that you have to wait a while to get a seat. It's worth the wait, I think. I love this chain!
