“Terrible wait service on this night. weds 24th arrived around 1am. why stay open if you dont want to look after guests”
Came here tonight after visiting earlier on this week and having a great time with friends, food was very good, service atrocious, dishes almost thrown on the table at us with out a work, ordered extra round of drinks and waited for a while, they did not come so enquired about them to be just told ...ok I will make them now. 3 highballs just thrown on the table with no mixer in them at all just whiskey and he just run off doing his cleaning duties, shouted at one of my guests to just sit down, very , very rude guy. Will definetly not be taking friends again, something wrong this this guy, need to get someone who is willing to look after paying guests. Would have loved to given this guy a minus 5; a suggestion if your restaurant is not busy you need to give extra care to those customers who do come in to your place. Bad last night in Japan for my friends
