Torihana is a yakitori specialty restaurant.Cook a Chicken over a Binchoyan charcoal. The chef serve you freshly-grilled yakitori one by one.If you take a counter seat,you can see how he cooks. I recommend that you order assorted yakitori or a set meal.If you can’t eat chicken livers or hearts or ... skin,you should tell so the clerk or the chef.

The Edo Norden is an enclosed food mall with a life sized sumo ring. There are sumo performances on Saturdays. The restaurants are all Edo inspired with picture menus for those who are Kanji challenged. There is even a sake vending machine with cups dispensed at 200, 300 and 400 yen levels. A must s...ee if heading to a sumo tournament. Just outside the west exit of the JR Station.

I have been in the Nezu Torihana Edo Noren restaurant last February and I order the Chank Nabe soup. It was so good that I decided to come back few days ago, and to order the same soup. Again excellent and good value for price !
