“A restaurant with unique ambience”

They serve fusion Chinese and Japanese food with an additional all-you-can-drink menu for an additional 600 or 1000 yen. 600 yen for cocktail and high ball only, but 1000 yen for beer. Popular among the younger generation for its unique ambience that some might call a jail-themed interior, but still... nice. The restaurant is located on the basement floor of a building and might be a bit hard to find.
