“Neighborhood Soba at its best.”
Neighborhood Soba at its best. Seriously, this isn't the kind of place that you go looking for, it's the kind of soba shop that exists in pretty much every neighborhood. The staff is friendly, the food delicious, the atmosphere local and casual, in short, it's the kind of place that, if you live in ...the 'hood, you end up at repeatedly for the comfort factor.

“Tasty Soba in perfect Japanese interior decoration!”
I ate cold soba noodle in lunch time, and it was so yummy that I drunk all the soup with hot soba soup! Many customers are elder people, so I understood that this shop has been loved by local people for a long time. I really love this atmosphere and Japanese interior decoration because it's old clas...sic style!!

“Really good noodles at very reasonable price”
This shop is just a few hundred meters away from the shopping street Yanaka Ginza. The owner is very welcoming, and he has a menu in English. I had some cold udons which were simply delicious. The atmosphere is quite nice. Recommended if you are in the area and looking for a quick bite.

“Nabeyaki Udon with a Huge Tiger Prawn”
My friends and I went to this Soba Noodle Restaurant. They also serve Udon noodles. In winter they serve Nabe-yaki Udon (udon noodles cooked in a clay pot and served in the pot). My friends made reservations for us, as it gets quite busy at lunch time. Their nabeyaki udon had a huge tiger prawn ...in a crispy tempura coating. That was a great lunch! It takes only a couple of minutes from Subway Chiyoda Line Sendagi Station (Exit 1). When you come to the restaurant, there is a sign besides the staircase for you to go upstairs.
